Do I need to copy an M3U link or Xtream Codes?
Only if you use a third-party player. In our own app you just sign in with the email and password you bought with and everything sets itself up. We still send the M3U link and Xtream Codes so you can use TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV if you prefer.
What is the fastest way to install on a Fire TV Stick?
Allow Downloader to install apps (Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options), open Downloader and type www.joiniptvuk.us/fire. That short address always fetches the latest version and is easy to type with the remote. Allow about two minutes.
Can I install your app on a Samsung or LG TV?
Not our app — Samsung uses Tizen and LG uses webOS, and neither can run Android apps. Instead, plug in a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box, or use a player such as Smart IPTV on the TV with the playlist link we send you.
How many devices can I set up?
As many as you like. Your plan decides how many can play at the same moment — one, two or three. For example, with two connections you can have the app on a Firestick, a phone and a tablet and watch on any two at once.
Will I need to set it up again after an update?
No. The app checks for updates when it opens and installs over the top, keeping you signed in. If you have a very old version (before 0.9.4), install once from the short address above and updates will work automatically from then on.
I signed in but nothing plays. What should I do?
Usually the account is still activating, or a space slipped in when the details were pasted. Wait five minutes after paying, type the password by hand, and try again. Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp with your device and we will check your account.
